| My wife ordered 2 large Bacon pizza's from your location at 80th and Wornall Road in Kansas City, MO. They cost me thirty dollars. Right on your package, that they delivered is a coupon for 2 large pizza's for $19.99.Icalled "Robert" at the store location and he told me that if people didn't ask for the special pricing they paid full price. Well I say "Fuck You"I won't be fucked again by your corporate bullshit. It is not the money part that pisses me off it's the fact that someone else gets it for a differnt price or gets a fuckin like I just got. Great customer service you have. | Dr. Desai is the only Rheumatologist in the Hopkinsville, Clarksville area (about a 50 mile radius). I was referred to him because I'm in horrible pain and they suspect it may be Rheumatoid Arthritis. Three days after the referral was sent to his office his nurse called to schedule an appointment. They couldn't get me in for 2 months. I asked if she knew if there were any other Rheumatologists in town because I didn't want to wait that long. She said she didn't know. I called my Dr.'s office and found that there were no other ones in town and it was suggested I take what I can get. I called Dr. Desai back and was actually transfered straight to Dr. Desai himself who told me to find another doctor. I was not rude. I just wanted to be seen sooner than August. All his nurse had to do was say there were no other dr.'s available. I would have then understood the need for a wait. However long the wait, I would not see him. I had a friend specifically tell me not to go to him that it was worth the drive to Nashville, now I see why. I will also be contacting my insurance company to file a complaint. Turning down an appointment should not enrage a doctor to the point that they won't see a person who is in pain. If he gets that upset I don't want him treating me in any shape or form. |

| Dr. Ebbs is fair as doctors go but, her staff is the worst. Never trust dr. ebbs staff, they mix up the meds, forget to call them in to the pharm and never call you about lab results even when they are bad. |
